Ratherton House comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across seven bedrooms, offering plenty of space for families and groups. The layout includes Bedroom 1 (King), Bedroom 2 (Queen), Bedroom 3 (Double), Bedrooms 4 and 5 (each with two Double beds), Bedroom 6 (Queen), and Bedroom 7 (Queen). This flexible arrangement provides a mix of larger and shared rooms, making it ideal for groups looking to stay together while still enjoying their own space. Please note that we are a family property and do not accept hen parties or stag groups

Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while the remaining five bedrooms are on the first floor, offering a flexible layout suitable for families and groups.

Ratherton House is accessed via a private drive and offers parking for up to seven cars on the property, providing plenty of space for guests arriving separately or travelling as a group.

Simon and Emma can be easily contacted should anything arise during your stay. Alongside a professional support team, they ensure any issues are resolved quickly so you can enjoy a worry-free stay. The house is also professionally cleaned and fully prepared before arrival, with everything (including the pool) set up and ready for you to enjoy.

No, there are no additional fees beyond the rental cost. However, as part of our security policy, a £500 deposit is required to cover any potential damage to the property or its contents. This deposit will, of course, be returned in full after your departure, subject to the property and its contents being left in good condition. Any breakages or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit.

Finally please note, pool towels and tennis racquets are not supplied.
